What we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect only:

• Email address (required)
• First name (optional)
• Role: athlete 18+, parent/guardian or coach (optional)
• Product interest: hydration, protein or both (optional)
• Your confirmations that you are 18 or older and live in the U.S., and your email consent with its version and timestamp
• Campaign source tags (UTM parameters) from the link you used, if any

We do not ask for a child's identity, date of birth, medical information or phone number, and we do not send SMS messages.

How we use it

To send 99 product launch updates by email, such as launch timing, final ingredient information and where to buy, and to understand which campaigns bring people to the site. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Signups are saved in a private database hosted by our website platform. Visitors cannot view the list; only people who manage this website project can access or export it. A signup is saved only after your entry passes our checks, and signing up again with the same email does not create a second record.

Preventing abuse

To limit repeated or automated attempts, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) value derived from your network (IP) address and from your email, with an hourly attempt count. These values are not linked to your signup record, and entries older than about a day are cleared as new attempts are checked. The form also contains a hidden field that people don't see; entries that fill it in are rejected and not saved.

Emails

No emails are being sent yet. Before any launch updates go out, we plan to set up a confirmation step and an unsubscribe link in every email. Until then, joining the list does not trigger any message to you.

Analytics, diagnostics & cookies

Our website hosting platform may automatically record basic visit and usage information to operate the site and provide traffic statistics. This site does not add advertising or marketing pixels (for example Meta or Google Ads tags), and our own optional analytics tool is turned off. Campaign tags (UTM parameters) from the link you used are kept in your browser for the current session and, if you sign up, saved with your signup.

Your choices

Once emails begin, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access or delete your signup at any time by emailing the address below; your record stays saved until you ask us to delete it.
